MAGBOTICS INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED does not accept cancellation requests for non-refundable items like online courses once the user has logged in and accessed the course materials. However, a refund or replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the online course is not satisfactory.

In case of issues with the online course (such as technical problems or content-related issues), please report the same to our Customer Service team within the same day of encountering the issue. The request will be entertained once our team has reviewed and verified the issue.

Complaints about Course Expectations:

If you feel that the online course received is not as described on the site or does not meet your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within the same day of accessing the course. The Customer Service Team will review your complaint and take an appropriate decision.

Refund Processing:

In case of any refunds approved by MAGBOTICS INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, it will take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
